Of course. Effects like betrayal only kick in once the die roll is finalized.
This is explicitly covered in the FAQ under reroll.

lol, i still remember the time i was using boba enforcer & rolled a 1 against kreia, then on the very next turn round because i had kreia too, he tried attacking my kreia with my boba enforece & rolled a 1 & i got him back...
