CC Gree's commander effect states that character's with order 66 and mobile attack do not provoke attacks of opportunity. Does Capt. Rex's commander effect of greater mobile count towards the requirement of CC Gree's commander effect?

I don't believe so, as it is a different named ability.
I'm sure Sithborg or Emperor Dragon will confirm this one way or another before long...

I'd have to say no for the same reason, but queen amidala's CE would.

its mobile attack specific, and GMA is a different ability all together. warlord is right, if you use queen amidalas CE with characters that have order 66, they would Not Provoke AoOs.

The answers stated above are correct. Mobile Attack and Greater Mobile attack are two separate abilities, thus if a CE requires one, having the other will not work.
