We haven't scheduled a December squad swap tournament yet. I'm thinking of a weeknight (or even during the day) sometime next week. Maybe Tuesday the 22nd? Or 23rd?
This can actually work with just 2 players who each bring 2 squads. First you play player 1's two squads against each other, with player 2 taking one of them. Then you play player 2's squads. The finals is Player 1's winning squad vs Player 2's winning squad, with each player playing the other's squad (since it's a squad swap tournament). Hopefully we get to 4 or more players, but we can make this work with only 2.

Let's play at 8:30 ET (7:30 CT) on Tuesday. Who else wants to play?
We'll use the same rules as before. If we have 4, we'll swap squads in the first round and play 2 rounds to determine the winners. If we have more than 4, we'll play our own squads in round 1 and swap in rounds 2 and 3.
If we have 3... I haven't figured that out yet but we'll make it work.

Four players. I'll post squads and randomized match-ups shortly. Games start in an hour.
Round 1:
1. A (B's squad) vs B (A's squad)
2. C (D's squad) vs D (C's squad)
Round 2:
3. Winning player #1 (winning squad #2) vs Winning player #2 (winning squad #1)
4. Losing player #1 (losing squad #2) vs Losing player #2 (losing squad #1)
Game #3 winner will determine both the winning player and winning squad.

Pairings are posted. It's not scheduled to start for another 50 minutes (and I'm not ready to start yet personally), but if you want to start early and then take a break later while waiting for the other game, feel free.
Sith, Imperial, Fringe, and Republic. Interesting mix - this will be fun.
