Can a force user spend a FP to move an extra 2 on a CE granted movement? (ie Talon Karrde, Leia Senator or Bib Fortuna)
Can Maul Hologram use his FP to move faster?

Glossary def: Force Points Certain characters can manipulate the Force to create special effects. These characters have a Force rating, a number of points that they can spend to use Force powers, to reroll any die roll (even a natural 1 on an attack), or to move 2 extra squares as part of a move. Once a Force point is spent, the character can’t spend it again during the skirmish.
A character can spend Force points only once per turn. Sometimes, though, a character can spend Force points on other characters’ turns, such as to reroll a failed save. In this case, a character can end up spending Force points more than once per round.

It had to be on your own turn during your own normal movement per the faq
Darth Revan Q: Can a character using Revan's commander effect to move also spend Force Points to move 2 extra squares? A: No. This is not the character's normal move taking place in its own turn.
So you can’t use it on an intuition/surprise move/leia move 2 ce type move, etc
Yes to maul (or any holo) being able to use move faster

Also from the faq (under move faster)
Q: TCan General Grievous spend a Force point to move faster when using his Wheeled ability? Can Darth Maul on Speeder spend a Force point to move faster with his Charging Assault? A: Yes. "Normal move" is defined as the initial movement generated by a character taking its turn, including movement created by abilities that replace the character's turn.

Thanks, Jason. (I deleted my prior comments that may have caused confusion.)

He is the only holo to have (or be able to get) force points, at least as of now
