I'm wondering about Commander Grees' command effect that gives allies within 6" squad assault. I understand that Booming Voice extends that 6" to the entire map but what about the squad assault itself?
Does it in fact grant all allied followers +4 attack since the 6" limit in squad assault is also extended or do you still have to have allies within 6" to gain squad assault?

3 Allies must be within 6 squares.

The part that grants Squad assault to pieces is within six and is increased by Mas. At that point, it is just like Squad Assault is on the figure's card.
Does Mas Amedda extend special abilities that require pieces to be within six?

Range between the allies using it is not extended. 4 allied characters must be within 6 squares of each other for any of them to use it.
