Since Counter Push responds to damage and not to attacks can Kanan Counter Push Morrigan after her first attack?

No. "Responding to attacks" includes the damage from the attacks. This is consistent with Overwhelming Force (first appeared on Lord Vader). Overwhelming Force says its attacks cannot be prevented, and the glossary clarifies that it includes damage from the attack. Consistent with that, other abilities that specify responding to or preventing attacks also include damage from those attacks.
You could, however, use Avoid Defeat to respond to being defeated by Morrigan Corde.

You could, however, use Avoid Defeat to respond to being defeated by Morrigan Corde. I would add that Decoy abilities also get around Suppressive Fire, as the trigger of those abilities are in response to the targeting of the character, not the attack. However, the new target from those abilities are still bound by the restrictions of Suppressive Fire. Examples are Draw Fire Decoy for a specific character Us-Rhok Bodyguard is another ability that gets around it

Rigged Detonators (Characters in or adjacent to a square with low objects automatically fail saves against this character's attacks and abilities) Does this follow the same principle? Scenario is Zam missiles a mando with Beskar in a green square. The Mando auto fails the missiles save, does it also fail the beskar save?

And I had the most devastating thing happen to me ever in a match. the pains of learning the power of Rigged Detonators was more than I could bare.
