If someone spends a force point for anything, you can force absorb it, unless the ability or character expressly says you can't. (I'm thinking one of the Darth Banes.)

No. Force powers are different than force points.

But they can be force absorbed for some reason even though it says force power? Or I guess the act of spending a force point makes it a force power.

Reroll and Move Faster are unnamed force powers.

The glossary entry for Force Points says you may use Force Powers to reroll and move 2.

Darth Baras CE:
Unique Sith allies with a lightsaber who have not spent Force Points on a named Force power this skirmish gain Aggressive Negotiations.

They can spend force points to reroll saves and move faster and still keep Aggressive Negotiations.

"Force 2" gives the character 2 Force points at the start of the skirmish. You wouldn't be in position to Force Absorb that. But you could Force Absorb an opponent's Force Renewal to stop them from gaining a Force point.
