With this squad...can Tyvokka use Obi-Wan's Use the Force force ability twice if Mind Meld from Jorus is activated? He has MOTF2. Provided he has the points, that'd be 60 auto twice provided he got his double attack off.

Yes, Tyvokka could use Obi's Use the Force ability twice spending 6 Force points.
Obi-Wan could use Tyvokka's Master of the Force 2 to Use the Force twice.
They would need to gain force via Qui'Gon's CE.

Master Mind Meld only allows characters to use Force powers from other characters once per turn, so Tyvokka can't use Obi-Wan's Force power twice in this squad.

Ok, that makes sense.
Sorry Mike, Tyvokka isn't able to Use the Force twice with MMM.
However, Obi-Wan could use Tyvokka's MotF2 once to Use the Force for a second time.
If you managed to give him enough force points to do it.
