Some abilities "ignore characters while moving" while others "move without provoking attacks of opportunity."
It is my understanding that abilities like Force Attuned Reflexes and Quick Draw work against both.
Force Attuned Reflexes lacks a glossary entry but Quick Draw's glossary includes Force Leap.
Pretty sure the intent for those abilities is to allow AoO against enemies who ignore AoOs and not just Flying Agile ones.
Force Attuned Reflexes at least should allow you to make AoOs against enemies trying to ignore them.
Perhaps the glossary entry for one or both should be updated.
