If you play Captain Tarpals and Fennic Shand together, does Fennic get to use grenades 3 times. Same with overload. Can you use abilities 3 times?

I believe this has been asked and answered before. Tarpals/Overload and Weapons Expert work together, but Tarpals and Overload do not stack
