Let's say you're playing the Nexus and I have a character with Mobile Attack or GMA. If I start more than 6 squares out of range and move into it's range to shoot something and then GMA back out of it's range do I still have to make the save or does it only apply IF I end my movement within 6? In reading it, it looks like I can move in and out of range as long as I don't start or end my move within 6 but I wanted to get clarification.

It’s only on end of movement. So you can mobile in and out of it

You are correct. Only the literal end of a move (or an activation) within 6 squares triggers it. Stopping with Mobile does not.

And remind me of the rules/punctuation ... is the save for:
-- the FP AND the damage
or
-- the damage only
