For his commander effect...
1) Would an attacker be able to use double and greater mobile to make 2 attacks, then grenades? Specifically Calo Nord, Bounty Hunter?
2) Does the bounty hunter HAVE to move to use the guildmasters CE? If they do not move do they get double?
I know twin would work, but I do not think double would if I remember correctly since this CE replaces turn?

You would only get to make 1 attack since as you said the CE states replaces turn, and that still applies even if you choose not to move on the replaced turn. However, it is optional to use the CE.
