If I have a piece that has MOTF2 and a force power that replaces attacks, if I have enough force points, can I use that replaces attacks force power twice in a Tarpals squad?

Yes.

There's some interaction there that lets you do Lightsaber Assault with Twin... Twice. Eight attacks. But it takes several characters to make it work.

Tarpals, Jourrus Cboath JM, a 22 point Jedi instructor who has assault and then any character w/ twin and MOTF 2 should make that engine go but that's a pretty expensive trick. Almost half your squad just to get it to happen before you add in cost of character who can do it.

That doesn't quite work, since Jorus only lets Uniques use Force powers from each other, and more importantly only lets them borrow a Force power once per turn, so no double Assault. You have to use Caleb Dume with a Jedi Holocron (the Holocron gets LS Assault that its user can borrow). Even then, there are no Unique Jedi followers in the Republic with MOTF2 and Twin. The only way to get MOTF2 is via Jorus, or the old CotF Qui-Gon, or Shmi (but only for Anakin) if you want to be really fancy. So yes, almost half your squad, whichever way you go about it.

Yes, but you can't have Twin Attack then.

You can do it with just WotC. Still half your squad:

Captain Tarpals
Qui-Gon Jinn, Jedi Master (Force Spirit 6)
Komari Vosa or Maris Brood (LS Assault + Twin)

So I couldn't use this Kenobi ability twice even thought he's a follower? He does have MOTF2

Telekinetic Assault (Force 3, replaces attacks: Choose 1 target enemy within range 6; 50 damage to target. Huge and smaller characters are considered activated this round; save 11.)
