Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but the Sith Assasin of Malachor V SA Rapport (Characters who count as Nihilus, Sion or Kreia cost 6 less when in the same squad as this character) doesn't seem to be working.

Rapport hasn't worked on Bloo Milk for years. Some of the pieces from the first few v-sets and back work, but nothing in at least the last 5 years. It's a known issue, but can't be fixed.
