Found a couple minor issues.
0-0-0 and BT-1 don't have Unique
The Wookiee Thug and the Wookiee Jedi do not come up when you select Wookiee under Species
B2 Super Battle Droid, A-Series Assassin Droid, Battle Droid Lieutenant, Droideka, OOM-9, YVH 1 (Yuuzhan Vong Hunter Droid), Armored Scout Tank, R2-D2 and C-3PO, Galactic Heroes, 4-LOM, Bounty Hunter, Series II Destroyer Droid, don't show up when you select Droid under Species
Chewbacca with C-3PO show up as droid, but don't have it?

Good spotting, all fixed. Except Chewbacca with C-3PO, I reckon that was intentional. They are fine as both Wookiee and Droid species.

I have also noticed that the Jawa Chief does not show up as a Jawa under Species

While this is active, I found that you can add The Armorer multiple times to a squad. She has unique, so I am not sure what would be causing that.
