How does replaces attacks and turn abilities work with jolt or similar abilities? Especially with a Czerka Scientist.
Example: Geonosian Elite Soldier deals base 20 so would get jolt from Czerka, however, if he uses Elite Beam Weapon would he still get jolt from Czerka? I believe so since his base damage is still 20 and jolt works with any attack. I know you can get attack and damage bonuses to this ability, so assuming jolt would work too?
Another example: With Grevious DAC, he has melee and deals 20 base damage. However with Blaster 20, would he get jolt from czerka using that? I assume not but wanting to make sure.

Elite Beam Weapon changes the base Damage to 30 for the purposes of its attack, so the Geonosian Elite Soldier can't receive the Czerka Scientist's Blaster Rifle Upgrade while using it.
Grievous can get Jolt when using Blaster 20 because it gives him a non-melee attack dealing exactly 20 base Damage.
it's a little counter-intuitive, but that's the way it works going back to the WOTC rulings on the GenoHaradan Assassin's Poisoned Blade.
