Old man memory lapse alert How do these Force Powers and Special abilities interact and work together or not work together? For example, mini gets hit by melee attack and parries the hit; can "Djem So Style" still be used? Same character gets hit by a melee attack and uses "Telekinesis" and the attacker misses the save; can "Djem So Style" be used? Another example is mini is hit by a melee attack and uses "Lightsaber Defense" and rolls an 11, can it still try and attack back with a successful "Djem So Style" roll? Thanks is advance

Not an accredited rules guy, but as far as I know, the only consideration for whether or not you’ve been hit by an attack is whether or not your opponent’s attack roll + bonuses beats or ties your defense roll + bonuses. Lightsaber Defense, Evade, etc remove the damage, but you were still hit” by the attack.
By way of example, Jolt and other abilities that stun can still trigger on an attack that hits but is then Evaded.
So, in all cases above, you can continue responding to attacks that “hit” you even after you remove the damage with a defensive ability.

CorellianComedian is correct. Since they are simultaneous effects (all occur when the character is hit by an attack), you can actually choose the order in which to resolve them (unless you want to Lightsaber Riposte and use Djem So, in which case there is a specific order). But regardless of the order you pick, you are able to use Djem So and use Parry, LS Defense, Telekinesis or otherwise block the attack, since the trigger for Djem So is being hit by an attack, not taking damage from that attack. Even if you don't take damage, you've still been hit.

Djem So Style goes after Lightsaber Riposte or other similar abilities. See the glossary: http://www.bloomilk.com/SpecialAbility?Id=288
