Can abilites that replace attacks be soresu style mastered

It only works against attacks, not abilities. If an ability that replaces attacks lets the character make attacks (like Lightsaber Assault, Teleport, Lightsaber Throw, Blaster 20 etc), you can use SSM against those attacks.
