Could I have some clarification on the rules of relay order.
EG. Does the OR wookiee commander's commander effect get extened, or the killik queens charging assault.

No and no. With the Wookiee Commander, the commander effect has no "range" technically- it's rangeless, allies can get it wherever they are on the board without having to count to a Wookiee Commander. But there is a condition- there has to be an OR Wookiee follower and a Unique OR Jedi within six squares of each other. Conditions don't get extended by Relay Orders.
The Killik Queen's Charging Assault CE is similar- it has no range, but the condition is being within 6 squares of the Queen. Which is confusing since that sounds very close to a normal range, but that's how she's intended to work- no Relay Orders extension for her third commander effect.

Yes, it is. Anything that follows the basic formula of "characters/allies/followers within X squares get X" will be extended by Relay Orders (and some that don't follow it).
