If Tsavong Lah, Warrior Elite, is with Supreme Overlord Yo'gand, Tsavong gains ritual scaring would he also be allowed to get Master Shaper. I'm don't think he would but just wanted to double check.

That's right, a character can't get the boost from Shaper +10 or Master Shaper if it has Ritual Scarring.

Cunning Attack, Quick Strike, and Momentum would all work with Ritual Scarring

Cunning from the Advance Agent Officer
Momentum from Warmaster Tsavong Lah
Quick Strike from Supreme Overlord Yo'Gand

Yogand and Tsavong Lah work really well together (and that's on purpose).

Currently it's quite difficult to get the AAO close enough to the combat that he can actually affect things...you could include the Yammosk War Coordinator (it gives his CE unlimited range), but that starts to get expensive.

I quite like the Yammosk because it gives you the opportunity to steal a CE. That's one of my favourite abilities.
