Does the Jedi Infiltrator count as having a lightsaber?

I would be surprised if he didn't. His card doesn't explicitly say so, but he has lightsaber throw. I guess I cannot say with certainty but the lightsaber throw, in my opinion, indicates yes.

Yes. Any character with a Force power that has lightsaber in its name (e.g. LS Assault, Throw, Defense, Protection, Block, Deflect, Reflect, Riposte) counts as having a lightsaber even if the picture on their card doesn't have a lightsaber.

To give the more complete answer... a character counts as having a lightsaber by meeting any of these conditions:
* Any character with a Force power that has lightsaber in its name * Any character with the Lightsaber special ability. (Or other special ability that says it counts as having a lightsaber.) * Any WotC character with an ignited lightsaber on its mini * Any Vset character with an ignited lightsaber in its card image

Why specifically ignited lightsaber? Is there one character somewhere that has a hilt and nothing else, who does not count as having a lightsaber?

I think it’s just easier to say with certainty that someone has a lightsaber if there’s a colorful plasma blade on their person, as opposed to a small metallic cylinder, which could also be a grenade, blaster, transponder, hydrospanner, etc.
