Does deadeye work with grenades, missiles, etc.?

Deadeye is a bonus to the Damage stat. Currently, only attacks use that stat. This is covered in the FAQ.

Yes - those affect attacks (roll d20, add Att, compare to Def, apply damage), not abilities that replace attacks (Flamethrower, grenades, etc).
