Captain Rex's CE is worded:
{Allies with Order 66 that end their moves within 6 squares of this character can move 2 extra squares at the end of their turn.}
It says {end their moves} does that mean that if a character wants to benefit from this CE they would have to move or could they just skip moving an stay where they are and still benefit.

might want to look at the FAQ under Leia Senator from RS. You have to move to gain the CE.

Requires movement. Moving is an "action" during your turn.
You can't "end your move" if you don't actually move. Smile
