B/c he is Savage, he would
a) need to start his turn next to the character he wants to shove. B/c Kyp is adjacent to the target, and FP 5 does damage to target and each adjacent character, this does Kyp damage as well; I don't recommend it.
b) spend 6 points on a Varactyl Wrangler. Kyp gets savage removed when within 6, and is now subject to CEs. He can then use FP 5 on anyone within 6. Have fun!
The alternate way to go is to field him with GMLS. THen he gets FR1 right off the bat, and can push on the first turn. Nasty.

Another way would be having him in a position where he cannot base an enemy, but is within range to push (i.e. on the other side of a large pit).
