Heres the set up: Kit Fisto (GaW) is adjacent to a door when init is decided. The person with Kit wins init and decides to use Surprise Move. He moves through the door with surprise move and then makes his attacks using twin only during his activation. The player then wants to move Kit back through the door so he is no longer adjacent and have the door close.
Assuming he could find a leagal target and be able to move past the door so it will close, does the door stay open after Surprise Move or is it closed when the player activates Kit.
The ruling made for this was that the door would be closed when Kit was activated after the Surprise Move was made.
What do you think?

If a character moves away from or adjacent to a door when using Surprise Move or Intuition, the doors status does not change until the end of the first activation.
Remember, the only time Doors are checked is at the end of a turn. Intuition and Surprise Move do not grant turns, merely movement.

So this move would be legal and the door would close behind Kit after his move?
