Ok I would be the first to admit I do not read any Star Wars novels. I was wondering from the time of Revenge to New Hope where did all the clones go? You don't see any in the Imperials.

A select few storm troopers are still the last generation of clones, iirc.
A great many of them matured early, and continued to age at an accellerated rate, so they simply got old and died faster than regular people.
Some of them escaped to live their own lives, agian, iirc.
This is all on memory and heresay, mind you, I can't garauntee the accuracy.

a small amount of clones deserted and became mandos. 5 or 6 Nulls, maybe some ARC captains, and a couple of commando squads. if you'd like better insite into clones, you should read the republic comando series and after those, Order 66, the conclusion of that series.

Eh? End? Not so fast- Star Wars: 501st continues those chartacters and answers the OP's question- at least for the Republic Commando clones

I just want to know what happens to Rex.....I've grown fond of his character in the Clone Wars cartoon :X
On the plus side he's probably one of the few clones that never needed to kill his Jedi master, given that Anakin did become evil....

NNnnoooooooooooo he was my favorite clone Lol i bet Temuera Morrison came back to star wars as his character Jake "the Muss" Heke and goes. "Why the ! are there all these fallas who look like me runnig round". Then he goes on a massive rampage against the clones in single blows, killing Ashoka in the slaughter aswell, because during the fight he got hungry and she wouldnt cook his eggs for him and the last words she says are "cook your own trucking eggs", that explains her death ( lol ). Then enradged by the death of Tano, Rex goes and confronts Jake "the Muss" heke and they have a massive fight on the top of corusaunts highest building. Rex manages to shoot temuera in the head during temuras Haka of doom, Causing him to fall of the building. Thinking he was safe he lets his guard down and a big maori green stone Taiaha comes flying up and smakes Rex in the hea and he falls to his doom. The End

Captain Rex was demoted after some kind of "don't ask don't tell" debacle. He grew sad, depressed, and old. He got a job on the first Death Star and is actually in Episode 4. While thinking back to the glory days he ran into a door. You can actually see this happen on the DVD. He was sleeping off the concussion when Luke had a one in a million shot that ended his sad life.

You can tell, because Rex doesn't change clothes or Bathe, and there's no handprint on his chest. :D

Rex never has a handprint on his chest. That's Denal I think. Darth Reeves, I absolutely LOVE your explanation. Makes sense in canon too.

Why not just make them all leet?

I think it's a matter of "experience in the field"
Regardless of how much the slate looks the same when they come out of training, personal experience is bound to change each Clone individually as they "grow up".
