I have a question about Force Spirit 6 from Qui Gon Jedi Master and Yoda on Kybucks gallop attack.

If Qui-Gon dies and gives force spirit 6 to Yoda On Kybuck he can spend an extra

force point per turn. Does that mean he can use Master speed twice to move a total

of 12 extra squares or is it stacking so he will only be able to spend the first force

point to move 6 extra squares and a second to move an extra 2 squares.

Thanks in advance.

You surmised correctly. You cannot stack Master Speed so you can't move 12 extra, but you can spend the two Force points to move the extra 8 as noted.

Not for any beneficial purposes, no.

You cannot because it would violate stacking rules; the same ability would be affecting the same character twice.

We should probably talk about "cannot" and "should not normally".
You actually CAN use two force points and use Master Speed twice in one turn. However, due to the stacking rules, the acting character can only benefit from one of the uses. (hence only gaining the extra 6 squares of movement...and the "should not normally" part)

Now...you're probably asking "why the heck would I want to use it twice then?". Well, as hinted by Sithborg (and myself) there is at least a couple instances where it might come in handy to be able to use the power twice: if the first use is Force Absorbed or Force Defensed. Since the first use of the power was canceled, now you can use it again and the bonus can be used. Just hope that they don't have MOTF2 (or 3) with 3 or more force points!

In that case Hukaberry I would not mind using it twice if someone is willing to spend 4-6 force points just to cancel a movement.

Sometimes those 4-6 force points can be more than worth it. Say, to ensure you can't reroll a crucial attack and/or activate a second Force power.
