I don't see any real difference between the current commando droid and yours save that yours costs 1 less and has Stealth.

Here's the stats I came up with after watching "Rookies" for the first time:
Battle Droid Commando (Separatist, 18)
HP: 30
Def: 18
Atk: +7
Dmg: 10
Droid, Dark Armor,
Grenade 30, Mighty Swing +10,
Stealth, Twin Attack,
Infiltrator (If this charater does not attack, on this turn it is not subject to attacks of opportunity.)
I think Dark Armor works well here, but I've been told Grenade 30 was over doing it.

I think that JFisto's droid is good and accurate for it's cost. I also think ARC's is accurate but undercosted. Maybe (ARC) you should give it a CE and rename it  Commando Droid Captain

My stat for one after watching the new episode
Droid Commando (Separatist,35)
HP: 50
Def: 18
Atk: +7
Dmg: 10
Special abilities
Twin Attack
Last Resort (When he dies he can shoot all legal targets)
Damage Reduction 10
Attack with Meele(+30 damage and loses twin attack for the attack against adajacent
enemys)
Squad Assault(4 Attack while 3 allies with the same name as this character are within 6 squares)
Squad Cover (+4 Defense while 3 allies with the same name as this character are within 6 squares)
Squad Firepower (+10 Damage while 3 allies with the same name as this character are within 6 squares)
Quick Kill ( when defeated make to save both equal or greater first 2 number of the Hit Points if 10 for example you have to roll 2 twos or greater you kill the peice you) choose either last resort or quick kill to use when killed
May seem like alot but it made it resemble the show the most

Why dark armor? That doesn't make that much sense. Maybe reistant plating or something, or Damage reduction 10, but I don't think Dark armor fits.

the only problem i see is that with the squad abillities and costing 30 points you wont get to use them unless you do 200-300 point battles. THrow in someone like

Droids are subject to this commander effect: droid allies count as the same name for abillities whose name contains squad. Followers named battle droid and super battle droid squad assault, squad cover, and squad firepower.
you would still have to use a 200 point battle at least, but you could throw in gha nact and a bunch of battle droids to get them the bonus.
