His main goal is to keep the people who need to staty alive, alive, a la BG. cloaked mandos make it easier for him to trek through the map, so when he does come across something, he will sith rage the heck out of them, and with Sidograms CE, no one runs outta FPs. mandos love to miss shots, so they have rerolls to fall back on.
