Just an idea that popped into my head.
Commander Chine-kal YuuzhanVong 35
HP 100 DEF 19 ATT 11 DAM 10
Special Unique
Jeedia Breaker (+4 Defense against enemies with a Force rating) Force Immunity (Enemies cannot affect this character with Force powers, or spend Force points to reroll attacks against this character or to respond to this character's attacks and abilities) Melee Attack Momentum (If this character has moved this turn, he gets +4 Attack and +10 Damage against adjacent enemies) Twin Attack Vonduun Crab Armor 11 (When this character takes damage, he can reduce the damage dealt by 10 with a save of 11)
Commander Effect If this character is not in cover and has direct line of sight on an enemy, this character gains Booming Voice and benefits from all Allied Yuuzhan Vong Commander Effects.

He maybe should be a little bit more fragile. I think he fits the effects and abilities, fight to the death and all that. He has to lead for the effects to benefit everyone but he still offers you the chance to place you pieces creatively.

I like that. He seems Balanced. Would you have Booming affecting only commander affects with 6 like Mas's does. It would be nice to help out the Vong who are Melee

Just wondering: what is the point of the last clause in the CE? Wouldn't he benefit from all the YV CEs anyway, because of BV? Or did you mean to make him subject to CEs he's not normally subject to, such as the Subaltern's CE? (In which case it should probably say "all allied Yuuzhan Vong commander effects.")

I must admit that I rarely play the Vong. Maybe I need to play them more. I've played them once in about 2 years. They are great against Jedi but lack the shooters.
Your mini would definately help

Every set seems to be getting a melee heavy hitting non-unique at the mo, here one for the vong. he's a little rough, he is meant to come in to his own when you base a character.
