FIrgure A has cover and only 4 squares away form my shooter (closest one in cover) Figure B has no cover and is 20 squares away from my shooter
My shooter has no SA
Can I pick who I shoot? Thanks

Either one is a legal target.
Also, it is not "closest in cover". You can only shoot someone in cover if they are the nearest enemy, period, not if they are the closest in cover.

Also, if Figure A has Stealth, is in cover, and is 7 squares away, he's not a legal target. Which means your only legal target is Figure B.
Unless you have Accurate Shot, have used Force Sense, or another ability/power that disables Stealth.
Correct?
