If a Rodian Trader gave Heal 10 to a Mystral Shadowguard, would the Shadowguard be able to stand 2 squares away from an ally and heal them?

Is the Mistral Shadow Guard attacking when it uses Heal? Answer: No. MR2 only works when attacking, not when using abilities that replace your attacks.
