For sure I don't have any uggies or mouse droids to fill the 3 missing points. Only have a n Ewok and didn't feel like using that.
Does this squad need a major overhaul.
What's missing...any help anyone?

Rogue Saber makes some good points, but it's clear that you're working with a limited collection so I'll base my comments on that. You have some pieces in your squad there that are not in your collection, so I'm guessing your collection isn't up to date but I'll go with what's listed there.
Are you trying to be as competitive as possible for a LGS tournament or just making some fun squads? If the former, add the ewok. An extra activation is better than nothing.
Based on the squad title, I'll assume you're just trying to make the best Sep squad you can and see what I would do (not that I necessarily know what I'm doing either).
Looking at your collection, you have the good Ventress, the bad Dooku, the good Durge and then Whorm (who has a great CE). Without either GGDAC or the new Grievous, you're probably better off focusing the squad on either Ventress or Durge (or both). Whorm + Durge is an absolute beast if you can get off all 6 shots. Ventress already has twin so may not be worth adding in. Take the T1 to make it more likely for Durge to get his 6 shots off.
No ugnaughts but you have double override. Lobot and the R7 are in, and bring along the Rodian Trader so they can cause a little damage and/or heal Durge. The rest of the squad is for more offense, but you don't have very many options. Your droids need to be boosted more but you don't have the commanders to boost them sufficiently. I was going to avoid Ventress since she already has Twin and doesn't synergize well with Whorm, but she's strong on her own and you don't have a lot of other options. You need an accurate shooter so the Neimoidian Warrior is in. You're going to get out-activated no matter what, but with the last 16 points we'll fit in 3 more activations: Security Battle Droid and 2 Battle Droids. They aren't likely to hit much, but they're extra activations and can go after an ugnaught or two.
If you get reserves, bring in whatever offense you can.
