Let's say Yoda on Kybuck charges up to an injured Juno Eclipse and someone else, ending his move adjacent to both. Yoda attacks Juno and kills her with his Galloping Attack. Does Yodabuck now get Momentum on the attacks against the other person?

As you check for CEs that grant bonuses to attack/damage at the time of the attack, I would say yes. Once Juno is dead, the CE takes effect.
I could be wrong of course.

My confusion comes from the fact that Yoda is Disrupted when he stops moving, which is the criteria for gaining Skywalker's CE.

Once Juno is dead, then you check your CE criteria. Did you move that turn? Yes. Did you end your move within the range of Skywalker's CE? Yes. Therefore, since Juno is dead, you'd get the Momentum.
Incidentally, if you were playing Cmdr Ahsoka, you could use the instantaneous effects aspect of things to still get a Rolling Cleave attack from killing Juno as well I believe.

Just to clarify though, say for instance you move Yoda on Kybuck 20, moving past 3 different enemy characters. Yobuck would not gain momentum during galloping attacks as he does not actually end his movement correct? Only on the last enemy he ends his movement adjacent to. It's never come up, but seems like the obvious answers.
