Wondering about Mara Jade. She does not have melee, but she has lightsaber assault, does that mean she can use that at ranged attacks and get 4 ranged attacks thanks to twin?
thanks.

thanks. Exactly how it was explained, whenever you come accrossed a situation like this, when a figure using a Special Abilitiy or Force Power, even though she doesnt have the Melee Attack SA & your not sure about it, just look at the Deffenition for the SA or Force Power your using, LSA is a force power that states you have to be adjacent. So whenever your not sure about it, just check the glossary & it will tell you how it works.

What about abilities that could block her lightsaber assault? For instance, would lightsaber block be effective against it, or Djem So style for the free attack(s)?

If the character has Melee Attack, you can use abilities that respond to Melee Attacks. If they don't have Melee Attack, you have to use abilities that respond to Non-melee attacks. There are only 3 abilities in the game that change an attacks type, and Lightsaber Assault is not one of them.

Evade states it is only effective against non-adjacent.
