if you give boskk, trandoshan hunter (who has a single attack, but double claw attack)extra attack (exile, vader, etc.) does he have triple claw attack, and double attack?

If he isn't adjacent, treat him as if he has Double. If he is adjacent, Double Claw and Extra stack, so he essentially has Triple.
Word of note, Rend only applies to the first 2 attacks.

No, becuase it only applies to the first 2 normal attacks (not Twin) the character makes. This is covered in the Rend section of the FAQ.

But Double Claw Attack is a special ability, correct? So how could another special ability, Extra Attack, stack with it?

Because Extra Attack provides a stackable extra attack. It says it stacks in the glossary.
