That is a header on wizkidsgames.com. Would be interesting if that applied to a Star Wars related game. Does Wotc lose the license at the begining or end of May? I am sure the two are unrelated as that header has been up for some time now, but who knows. Anyone know what the header refers to?

Wizkids is even better at killing games then WOTC. I enjoyed for a short time the heroclix game and mechwarrior, but phone book sized rules updates, faq's, set rotation/set retierment, horribly brittle/fragile hard plastic miniatures that broke way to easy, REV (if you played clix you know what that means, and to think we had a lot of vaders from WOTC).
If Wizkids touches it, I think I might pass on principle alone.

5-12-2010 refers to the release date of the latest heroclix starter. "All will be well" is the saying of the blue lantern corps but more importantly it's the slogan for the starter, which happens to be a blackest night starter.

And by some accounts 'unnecessary material' was pitched. NECA purchased the remaining WizKids assets (game mechanics and the DC/Marvel licenses), and hired on a couple of the guys who were running or involved in making HeroClix at the very end to get the line up and running again. Aside from the new HC sets, where WK goes from here remains to be seen.
