Honestly? With GOWK back in the game He's seen more gameplay than Flobi. His CE is just too good to pass up.

I would take GOWK. I find the huge stat boost more useful than an extra attack, and renewal with Mettle far more useful than Flight and Surprise Move. Push 3 is just icing on the cake.
