hi y'all!

wondering if you guys could help me (as fellow bloomilk members ;) ) create a sith swarm squad. im planning to play a sith squad against one of my friends, and this is what i decided on.

now, here is what i have so far:

SITH SWARMS!!!

49 Darth Malak, Dark Lord of the Sith
20 Sith Captain
11 Darth Sidious Hologram
22 Sith Maruader
22 Sith Maruader
13 Elite Sith Trooper
13 Elite Sith Trooper
13 Elite Sith Trooper
13 Elite Sith Trooper
10 Sith Operative
5 Sith Guard (or maybe a Caamasi Noble?)
3 Mouse Droid
3 Uggnaught Demolitionist
3 Uggnaught Demolitionist

200 Points, 14 Activations

flexable squad (IMO). most of the troops dont rely on mousies to carry out orders. holosid really only benifits the maruaders (though rerolling IS nice for the troopers), so thats why i only included one mouse droid

Malak grants +4 to all, though IMO that still isnt enough for the troops. captain grants double to all the troopers, and that REALLY helps the EST's potency AND effectivness (meaning DMG output). Operiative can do total of 60 DMG max, EST can do 40.

maruaders would do very well with renewal 1, making them MUCH MORE better than what their cost is

what do you think?

thx in advance to all who give help/tips! (BTW ill update the squad if i feel it is nessecary ;) )

thx! :)

Consider a Sith Lord or Sith Apprentice in there as both can give you some direct damage options and both like Holo-Sid.

id do the switch for a appretice over one maruder like they said above id also consider adding a sith lord instead of the apprentice his lightning 30 is quite powerfull and people seem to put things close together alot.

good point! (I like to place clusters together ;) )

so maybe...take out a guard, both maruaders, add an ug, and x2 sith lords?

Honestly I would pull out the troopers and marauders altogether (name notwithstanding, they are anything but "elite") and go for a mix of Sith Apprentices and Sith Lords. Three apprentices and two lords seems like a pretty good mix. Against swarm squads you will easily prevail with mass lightning destruction and across-the-board grips every turn. Against major beats you can pile on the lightning and grips and put a character like Kyle Katarn in the danger zone very quickly.
