Does a command effect that affect allies also affect the model with the CE itself?
For an example The Jedi Exile gives allies within 6 extra attack, does that mean she also gets an extra attack?

More specifically, a character is never an ally to themselves.

The only time a commander gets their own CE is if the CE states "Characters in your squad." Usually to make sure you know they also include "(including this character)."
