Unless I'm mistaken that Palpatine on Throne look a LOT like the Halmark Orniment which would NOT be legal for play.

lol.. Obviously not llegal... yep it is a great looking ornament. I could imagine seeing the look on someones face if you whipped it out totally acting serious.

I saw enough of those things while trying to track down EPoT on ebay. Without having anything else to compare the scale the two look a lot alike with the two noticable differences being the left arm and the hanger.

Not legal? Are you sure? It looks pretty legit to me. Where we play stuff like that happens all the time. I lost our last tournament to someone who produced a Shampoo Bottle and said it was 'Darth Sunsilk'. The Force Powers that he had were incredible! I questioned it intially but the stat card he produced looked pretty legit (he said that it wasn't yellow card it was printed on, but the way that that set was designed). Anyway, I only lost to him. I beat everyone else - went 5-1 - took out a really tricky Salt'n'Pepper shaker combo and easily won the match against the Scrunched-Up Paper Monster, Unleashed... all that with a Stapler Push Squad!
