O.K., so I have a Luke, a rebel Obi-Wan, and Yoda of Dagobah. If Yoda and Obi die, would Luke benefit from Force Spirit 6 and Force Spirit 8? And if so, would he be able to spend Force points three times a round? Also, would a character be able to use Force Defense to cancel one of those abilities if said character was within six of one of the old farts at time of death?

He would get the Force Points from both, since it is like Reserves, and a one shot deal. However, the "MOTF" part of Force Spirit does not stack, since it is an ongoing effect. So you would only be able to spend Force one more time per turn, instead of 2. This is covered in the FAQ.

What about Force defending or Force absorbing the Force Spirit in the first place? Also, could you F defende or F absorb Kun's Dark Force Spirit?

Yes, you can prevent both Force Spirit and Dark Force Spirit if the character with Absorb/Defense are within range of the dieing character. The continual effect of Dark Force Spirit can also be Absorbed/Defensed if within range of the affected character, but only for that turn.
