Yes self destruct would take place because when you would move into the Keldor's square with Transfer Essence the Kel Dor is defeated.

A little tip also to get Exar around good too is using Dark Hellion On Swoop Bikes, they have a high speed with a low pt cost & flight so you can move next to enemies & out without provoking AOO's..

Thanks for the info!

I wasnt completely sure because of the wording it seemed like the timing might be a little off. As for the dark hellion I just might have to find one to add to my collection!

If you ever aren't sure about timing, I really suggest reading the "Resolving Effects" section of the FAQ. We keep it handy for whenever there are questions.

Very True, it is a great section on here, also what i like doing too is every now & then go read through the Glossary - Special Abilities / Force Powers / Commander Effects & just browse through stuff, its good to keep up on it & you will find that your memorizing stuff.

This is good advice. I wish more players did what Perc is doing. You don't have to memorize everything in one sitting. No one does. Just pick up new things as you read and learn more each time. You'll soon find yourself not needing to ask as many questions.

I have looked at the FAQ from time to time.

Some times its a little quicker for people to ask a question here. Some people learn differently then just reading it in a FAQ they might need to have someone else answer a question they have to fully understand what they might have been having difficultys with. BTW its a rules forum so its for asking question about rules right?

Yes niner, but ultimately, always getting questions answered here when there is a readily available source is just lazy, and takes advantage of the service. There is nothing wrong with doing it every once in while for easy questions and never anything wrong with it for tough questions. However, people that come to rely on it are really disrespecting the people that help when they don't have the willingness to learn how to do it on their own. There is absolutely no reason why I should spend my very valuable time answering a question about how override works when it has a detailed explanation in the FAQ, for example.

This isn't a question of being here or not being here. This is a question of having a LIMITED amount of time to help. Get yourself in a position where you have time constraints on how much you can help people and then you might understand.

Yea when i wrote to check out the Gloassary etc., i wasnt writing that with the intentions of causing a fight or telling anyone that i dont like helping when i can, thats more more like its a thing i like to do just to understand stuff better & maybe another user might like that idea & start doing that too. This rules is exactly for that reason of helping people with questions on rules that they dont understand & theres nothing better than a human rather than just text explaining something to you.

Obviously users like Sithborg, Emp Dragon & anyone else who answers questions for us dont get paid or anything, they do it out of love for the game & wanting to be helpful to us fellow players. & i agree that Sithborg has the patience of a saint lol, he lets other users get involved with answering questions & really doesnt get frustrated from what i can see, i feel he understand that users will understand better when they get involved with answering.

So by all means, anyone & everyone, if you have a question to ask or something you dont understand, by all means ask it here. Thats what this is for. For a tip to help understand all aspects & rules of the game, if you ever have extra time & you want something to do, then Browse the Glossary on this site, not only does it help you understand rules & the game better. But it also gives you idea's & plans for building squads & playing the game. Trust me.

Perhaps I should write up a FAQ for this forum. Don't have much time. But, quite honestly, if you don't see me call out something, you can rest assured I feel it is okay. Don't like how someone answers, fine. But do not criticize anyone for asking a question, I don't care how lazy you think it is.

This thread is done.
