I'm wondering if Das Jennir loses his save for Dispassionate Killer, and he kills an adjacent enemy via Mon Mothma's CE(Followers within 6 squares can make 1 immediate attack at +10 Damage when they are defeated), does he then get Rolling Cleave(Once per turn, if this character defeats an adjacent enemy by making an attack, he can immediately move 1 square and then make 1 attack against another adjacent enemy without provoking an attack of opportunity) from Ahsoka?

according to the FAQ, it looks like Mon Mothma's CE, and Rolling Cleave occur in the same step(#13).... so after the Rolling Cleave, it would go on to step 14 which is to remove the defeated character(Das Jennir) from the board...
Am I understanding this correctly?

Yes, because RC resolves before he is removed from the board. The resolving effects step list which is part of the faq explains this all in great detail, but i cant tell you which # RC is off the top of my head.

seems like a fun combo, not sure how efficient it is though.

Seems like a hell of a lot of trouble to TRY to set that up, which even if it worked, would produce Meh quality results imo.

It really doesn't matter where Rolling Cleave is on the step list. Whenever an attack is produced, you start the sequence over again, IMMEDIATELY. With the death blow, Das makes an attack, which now must fully resolve before you can remove him from the board, which includes Rolling Cleave.
This is why Djem So vs Djem So can result in mutual destruction. And why Flurry is useless when you are adjacent to an enemy you killed with your crit.

To be sure I'm understanding this correctly....
A character who is defeated and is adjacent to an enemy will get an Immediate Attack from Mon Mothma's CE at +10 dmg. If that character defeats the enemy piece, they then get Rolling Cleave. They move 1 square to another enemy.
Do they still get +10 dmg? I think not, but want to make sure.
Also, if they defeat the 2nd enemy, they do not get Rolling Cleave again(as Rolling Cleave occurs ONCE per turn).
Whether they defeat the 2nd enemy or not, the character is then removed from the board, correct?

1. No, Mon Mothma's bonus is only for the one attack granted by her CE. 2. No, because Rolling Cleave can only be used once per turn. 3. The character will be removed from the board once all of the attacks that interrupted the original process of step resolution are fully resolved.
