As per the errata, it is any character that have the same base size.

Somewhat on the topic, Did Captain Panaka's CE ever get an Errata to make it characters with the same base size or did it just stay characters with a Medium baze size?

Yea see i think it should of been changed to same base size, i think they all should be like that, all the swapping CE's... alright cool Thanx dude, yea i always wondered
