I'll list the factions he's good on with what piece.

Sith: Darth Malak DLOTS / Sidious / Sidholo / Krayt, reason why he is good on this one is getting malak's +4 att always good to have,Sidholo for renewal, Sidious grants swap & krayt grants extra attack so he can get 6 pops..

NR: now you can put him on NR with Jagged fel to boost his attack. Basically whenever you can boost his att is good, also putting Leia (JA)letting him reroll failed saves is always good.

Imp's with Swaps & Jagged Fel to boost the attack (to many more to name that goes with him)

OR: Exile to grant extra, Malak to grant that +4 att again, basically i use him whenever i can get his attack up or get him extra attacks i go for stuff like that.

Republic with GOWK or darkwoman light tutor+quigon jedi master, Padme (Snowbunny), I know this might sound funny but Commander Ahsoka, because of Dash's high damage output, if he's adjacent to somebody he could then use rolling cleave to twin to his next target, of course if he's going to be engaging then you might want to think of putting him with General Skywalker to benefit from the momentum.

Imperial-Lord vader+dash. or Emperor on chair+dash to allow him to reroll on his attacks or movement, thrawn of course for the ability to swap him in.

Anything/anybody that gives him accurate shot is also nice.

He's very versatile, his low atk is what hinders him, but with him getting 4 shots guranteed everytime he attacks and the possibility of him doing 80 damage alone without any commander affects makes him dangerous. He doesn't necessarily need CE's to be great, as long as he's not your main piece. The longer you can keep him alive, the better because his ability to come in and shoot and kill activations as well as do heavy damage makes him very viable to have in the later rounds.

Sadly he can't get Accurate Shot without it costing a lot (Mandos: Mandalore the Ultimate and Boba Fett Mercenary Commander, and then Mando Quartermaster for +4 Atk).
