We can either search for it, or make you a new one easily enough. It won't be an issue.

Will you have lots of legal maps with you for people to borrow?

I will have my own set, which includes one copy of all 6 legal maps, and I'm positive others will as well. So yes, maps should not be an issue.

Will prizes be awarded after the Swiss rounds or do all players have to stick around for another 2+ hours to see how the playoffs go? A few of us will have younglings along and the Swiss rounds are a long enough day for them before adding more time waiting.

Ask your owner since it is your store its at. I have no clue right now. There should be enough prizes to go around like last year. I dont know if we will have all the r/vrs like last year since I am low with r/vrs to give away right now but that could change in a heart beat. I have had to use my r/vrs extras to get GAW,DT and MOTF. We should still have enough prizes go around though so I wouldnt worry about that. If you have ever been to a tournament I have helped out with giving out prizes to as many people as possible has not been a problem.
to answer your question the places. The better you do the better your going to do in prize support. Yes I know we gave out r/vrs from last to first but like I said I am really low on my extras this year.

So 5th place to whoever right after the swiss rounds will get their prizes. There will be a 20 min break after the swiss giving out prizes and giving people a chance to get some food before the top 4 playoff. 2-4 prizes will be set on a table so if you lose in the first round of the playoffs you can leave. First will get a badge and will be dealt with by the owner. I hope that helps.
Side note if you drop out early you will not get a prize. You have to wait around to get your prizes or have someone get them for you. So in short if you dont play in all of the swiss rounds you will not get a prize.

Side note that I didn't think about there is parking in the back of the store. The store is not a restaurant anymore either.
