So I just got some minis in the mail, and all of their cards were bent all to hell. Thankfully, there was no creasing, tearing, or messed up corners, but they are pretty darn bent (Can't complain much, though - got 9 Uggies and 4 JWM for $7.50).

I've got all the cards in top-loaders right now, with a book resting on top of them, but I was wondering if there was a better way to flatten cards out. Thanks! ThumbsUp

Bend them gently the other way - against the bend, and hold them for a while (it'll take time...)

Then give 'em the old tabletop/encyclopaedia treatment...

Snap tight Card cases for individual cards to me, are the best. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten minis in the mail and the cards were mangled to hell. They cost about 50 cents, and are awesome for dry erase markers and keeping track of where your mini is at stat wise in the middle of a skirmish.

Hot Iron?

If you put them in/under a pile of books you probably shouldn't have it in a rigid top loader although I'd use a rigid toploader if I needed to play the card before it gets perfectly straight.
