If Cade Bounty Hunter is adjacent to an enemy since he does not have "melee" will he then also have to roll for splash even though he has a lightsaber in his hand??

Unfortunately, yes. This Cade plays out like he's using his sawed off shotgun from the comics. It's one heck of a BoomStick. So imagine a hyperteched out sawed off shotgun..., now imagine that every time you fire it at close range it ricochettes everywhere. That's basically what's happening.

Yes, Cade will have to make Splash saves for all of his own attacks if he is adjacent to his target.
