I go to school at St. Mary's College of Maryland (www.smcm.edu), and have just recently gotten Wizards approval of the venue to start hosting tournaments. Now, I know it's a long shot, but would anyone be interested in cming to any of our Tournaments? We're a bit out of the way for most of you, I realize, but I figured putting this out there wouldn't hurt.
We'd be willing to schedule Tournaments for whatever works for other people. Our local play group has 4 members, but hopefully with a Tournament we can pull in some of the student body as well, and start expanding our group! Thanks for letting me know. =)

Wow...that's a haul. 3.5 hours from here. Is that where Ted goes as well? I think if we came down at all it would have to be on a Saturday and for a special event. Matt Francella (Jedi Cartographer) will be up for the regional, and he lives in the Richmond area. Maybe ask him when he's here...he'd be less than 2 hours away, and he has had trouble getting anything going DCI-wise down there.

Yeah, it's a bit far, which is why we didn't try and push anyone to come down here. We could certainly try and make a special event out of it, we just need to find a date that would work for everyone coming down, since it definitely is a drive for everyone (Southern Maryland is really out of the way for basically everyone, lol)
